Women-led migrant association that works for the defense of labor and social rights of the people employed in the Home and care sector. Her work focuses on Visibility of care work and of the people who support it.
The association develops actions of guidance, reception and accompaniment, as well as Health and wellness focused activities of the female workers, promoting the caretakers' well-being and collective strengthening from a rights perspective.
The project aims to to continue and be sustainable at Welcome, orientation, and support activities addressed to domestic workers.
The project also includes the implementation of Meeting and self-care spaces, oriented to strengthen the mutual support network and collective well-being. Likewise, the process of Organizational consolidation will allow ensure the viability of the activity, including the Maintenance of the association's premises and the part-time job creation, contributing to the stability and continuity of the project.
