Calala Fondo de Mujeres opens a call for proposals to hire an external team to carry out a capacity building process on Financial Resilience. This training is part of the project “Life Free from Violence” (SEE Change), an initiative co-funded by the European Union in the framework of the CERV-2023-DAPHNE programme.
The project SEE Change (Vida Libre de Violencia) seeks to prevent gender-based violence and support survivors through grants to 20 feminist, women's and dissident organisations in Spain that work to prevent and address gender-based violence from an intersectional perspective.
The activity is co-funded by the Spanish Women's Institute.
Objective of the Consultancy
The aim of the contract is to facilitate a learning process for 20 grassroots feminist and anti-racist organisations in Spain, aimed at strengthening their capacities and providing them with tools and knowledge that will contribute to improving their economic and financial resilience.
The methodological proposal should incorporate a feminist, anti-racist and intersectional perspective, and align with the values of the European Union.
Profile sought
We are looking for an external person or team with:
- Highly knowledgeable in financial resilience and financial strategy design.
- Experience in facilitating training and collective reflection processes with grassroots women's, LGBTIQ+, anti-racist and/or feminist organisations.
- Knowledge of the funding context of the Spanish state for grassroots organisations.
- Management of digital tools for online training processes.
- Feminist, anti-racist and decolonial perspective and practice.

Total budget10.000€ (taxes included).
Duration of the assignment: February to June 2026 (5 months).
