About the RADIX-supported project
Programme to improve the employability and social integration of Roma women.
The programme aims to improving the employability of Roma women in situations of vulnerability working comprehensively on such fundamental aspects as the motivation and awareness that personal change is needed, and accepting strengths and weaknesses personal and professional in order to strengthen self-esteem personal, and in this case, occupational self-esteem. It is a accompaniment and support in the design and definition of the professional profile of Roma women.
