Program for the improvement of the employability and social insertion of gypsy women.
The purpose of the program is to improving the employability of Roma women in vulnerable situations working comprehensively on such fundamental aspects as the motivation and awareness that a personal change is necessary, and accepting strengths and weaknesses personal and professional in order to reinforce self-esteem personal, and in this case, occupational self-esteem.
