Tax deductions if you donate as a natural person

Base deduction in Spain

It is deduced a 80% of the first 250 €. donated to an NGO under Law 49/2002.

For quantities 250, a 40% is deducted. additional on the amount that exceeds that amount.

Recurring donations

Yes support . to the same NGO for at least 2 consecutive years with the same amount or more, your deduction increases: you will be able to recovering a 45% (instead of 40%) on the amount exceeding €250.

This tax benefit is applied on a maximum basis of 15% of your taxable income.
