How was the evaluation carried out?
The evaluation of the proposals was carried out by a committee composed of four experts in project management, implementation and evaluation: three members of Calala's technical team y a representative of the organisation Otro Tiempo.
The process was based on a total score of 100 points, distributed according to the following criteria:

Technical quality of the proposal: 40 %
(methodological clarity, process coherence, structure, tools, budget and indicators). -
Demonstrated experience in process evaluation: 30 %.

Feminist, anti-racist and intersectional approach: 20 %.

Proposals submitted by priority groups or individuals of the Radix project: 10 %
(women and girls, LBTIAQ+ communities, migrant or racialised people, domestic and care workers, sex workers, women with disabilities, rural women, among others).
Selected proposal
After the joint evaluation of all the criteria, the committee recommended awarding the contract to the proposal submitted by the team formed by:
Raquel Ferrando Sellers, Bárbara Esplugues Cebrián and Begoña Fernández Fernández
This candidacy won the highest score: 90 points out of 100.
