Open call for proposals Consultancy for the Evaluation of the Radix Project

Calala Fondo de Mujeres and Otro Tiempo are calling for external consultants to evaluate the Radix project (Roots4Rights - R4R), an initiative co-funded by the European Union to strengthen feminist and LBTIAQ+ organisations in Spain.

Radix Project Evaluation Consultancy (Roots4Rights - R4R)

Calala Fondo de Mujeres and the association Otro Tiempo open the call for applications for the recruitment of a external consultancy to carry out the process evaluation of the project Radix (Roots4Rights - R4R), an initiative co-financed by the European Union in the framework of the programme CERV-2024-CITIZENS-VALUES.

The project Radix aims to strengthening women's, feminist and LBTIAQ+ organisations in Spain, promoting the fundamental values and rights of the European Union. To this end, it combines two key components:

Capacity building through training, mentoring and networking activities, led by Otro Tiempo. Radix School
Financing grassroots projects, managed by Calala Women's Fund, aimed at protecting and promoting the rights of women, girls and LBTIAQ+ communities. Radix Fund

Objective of the consultancy

The consultancy seeks to evaluate the process and learnings of the Radix project throughout its implementation, from December 2025 to October 2028.
The evaluation will run in parallel to the implementation of the project, providing analysis and recommendations to strengthen future interventions of the consortium.

The methodological proposal should incorporate a feminist, anti-racist and intersectional perspective, and align with the values of the European Union.

Profile sought

We are looking for a consultant person or team with experience in:

Evaluation of processes with a feminist and anti-racist approach.
Monitoring and evaluation of EU-funded projects.
Knowledge of feminist and anti-racist movements in Spain.
Management of methodologies focused on learning and significant change.

Experience in women's funds, CESR programmes and projects with a human rights approach would be an asset.

Deadlines and conditions

Deadline for submitting proposals: 7 November 2025 (23:59 h, peninsular time).
Total budget: 31.000 € (taxes included).
Duration of the consultancy: December 2025 - October 2028.
