Anti-racist Afro-library: making other stories visible is a project promoted by AfroMurcia in Movement which develops community activities and meetings at municipal and regional libraries of the Murcia Region. The initiative uses the education for diversity and the culture with an Afrocentric approach as key tools, from the perspective of Afrofeminist, anti-colonial and anti-racist.
The project places the libraries as spaces for meeting, dialogue and collective enrichment, recognising its potential for building inclusive narratives, the making other stories visible and the social awareness around cultural and racial diversity.
