ASSOCIATION OF DOMESTIC AND CARE WORKERS OF ZARAGOZA

Association led by migrant women that works for the defence of labour and social rights of persons employed in the home and care sector. Its work is geared towards making care work visible and the people who support it.

The association develops actions of guidance, reception and accompaniment, as well as activities focusing on health and well-being of women workers, promoting the care for caregivers and collective empowerment from a rights-based perspective.

About the RADIX-supported project

Women agreeing collective rights and dreams

The project aims to to provide continuity and sustainability at reception, guidance and support activities addressed to women domestic workers.

The project also envisages the realisation of spaces for meeting and self-care, aimed at strengthening the mutual support network and collective well-being. In addition, the process of organisational consolidation will allow ensuring the viability of the activity, including the maintenance of the association's premises and the creation of a part-time job, contributing to the stability and continuity of the project.
