Foundations, non-profit organisations, women-led private enterprises, entrepreneurs and social investors we will meet to talk about the role of women in social investment. The meeting will be organised by Calala Fondo de Mujeres, Fundación Empatthy and Silvia Bueso, with the collaboration of the Spanish Association of Foundations.

Rosa Madera, founder of the Empatthy Foundation, who will talk about women's philanthropy as a generator of spaces for collaboration and resources for a better world. She will also explain the impact of the Giving Circles, as a tool to generate changes in a participatory and horizontal way.
Silvia Bueso, author of the method and the book The Art of Asking
He will also speak Silvia Bueso, author of the method and of the book The art of asking, with a talk on women's art of giving and asking and the essential skills for social transformation. According to the speaker:

María Palomares Arenas, our Executive Director
For her part, María Palomares Arenas, director of Calala Women’s Fund, the only organisation of its kind in Spain, will talk about women's funds as an essential funding tool for women's organisations leading social and human rights projects around the world.

Finally, Rosa Gallego, Director of Community Foundations and International Relations at AEF, will speak about community foundations as a source of local philanthropy in action. For her, these foundations represent an original and effective way of channelling and stimulating philanthropy and collective solidarity, in order to strengthen and articulate the community in which they work.
