This forum is aimed at students of communication, journalism and gender studies. We will reflect on the (techno)political perspective of the violences that exist in the creation and use of ICTs (Relationship, Information and Communication Technologies), and how these intersect with racialisation and gender.
Specifically, participants will reflect on the characteristics of technologies, such as their colonialist and patriarchal perspective and data capitalism: espionage and data control, relevant cases of harassment and violence in networks in Spain and response actions from care and digital security.
