Calala is excited to announce the opening of a call for proposals for a communications consultancy, based in Spain, to accompany the implementation of the Roots4Rights (R4R) project, co-funded by Calala Women's Fund, Otro Tiempo and the European Union.
This project aims to strengthen the capacities of feminist and LGBTIAQ+ organisations to promote and protect fundamental rights from an intersectional, anti-racist and decolonial approach.
What does the consultancy consist of?
The selected team or agency will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure the visibility, coherence and positioning of the project. The main deliverables include:
- Brand design and visual identity of the project: name, logo, colour palette, typography, graphics and more.
- Strategic Narrative to guide communication actions over the next three years.
- A competition study and a mapping of key audiences.
Who is this call addressed to?
We are looking for professionals or teams with:
- Experience in social projects with a feminist perspective.
- Creativity and innovation in design and communication.
- Commitment to ethical and anti-racist values.
- đź’ˇ Women's and LBTIQ+ organisations will be given priority in the selection process.
We want to add a creative, innovative and committed vision that reflects the values of justice, equality and human rights that guide our actions.
