The union also offers legal assistance and emotional support, and promotes the agreement and collective organisation to strengthen women workers' autonomy and the defence of their rights.

Siendo la clave recordar que las trabajadoras del hogar y los cuidados están en su práctica totalidad destinadas al trabajo en entornos domésticos y, por lo tanto, no desempeñan su trabajo en centros en los que pueda constituirse una sección sindical ni liberar horas de trabajo para las tareas sindicales.
