Own trade union for domestic and care workers, conceived as a collective tool of struggle by the labor and human rights of the sector. The organization performs accompaniment, training on labor rights and immigration/foreigners' rights, and shares of incidence oriented equal rights.
In addition, the union offers legal assistance and emotional support, and promotes the agreement and collective organization to strengthen the autonomy and defense of women workers' rights.
This project aims to provide stability and organizational capacity to the union. The key is to remember that domestic and care workers are almost entirely destined to work in domestic environments. and, therefore, do not work in centers where a union section can be set up or where working hours can be freed up for union work.
